Money talks. If parents threaten to pull their kids out, they'll do something.
Is it a state university ? My guess is yes.
Your money walks indeed. From the guy that takes it from your pocket to the fella with the liberal cause.
You can choose not to participate, but then they keep your money.
I choose not to participate in my local schools. I did not get a tax rebate. My daughter made it into the most selective State University, she chose not to attend, nope no money back.
Parents threated to pull their kids out? Great, more kids that need a 'break'.
There really is so much wrong at so many level, that we need huge action, not supporting the slime that run the system.
Nothing is more wrong than what is going on in education. And though not quite as pronounced at the University level, the state Universities and the Tax dollars involved are a part of the problem.
