Phil: I rode Amtrack back and forth between DC and NYC at least monthly for 5 years, almost always on time and without incident. I rode Amtrack once from Boston to NYC, and we broke down for a couple of hours just after leaving New Haven. But hey, it was the day before the Westminster started, and the train was full of dogs. It was two of the most fun hours I've ever spent on a train. Acela or standard? Count No'Count |
