No, no and no...
plus they'd gulp horrendous amounts of diesel fuel to provide much in the way of power. Unless there was provisions ahead of time, there's no way to get the power to the power distribution panels.....and likely the on board generators were 480V or higher.....and power distribution throughout the ship at high voltage levels for the amount of power needed.
Plus you would need ways to only power certain circuits.....
You're talking REALLY big generators.....like 100 KW or more....you just don't drop ship them to anywhere..
