Everyone is trying to out-do the other guy in speaking for all the recipients of Government spending, but who speaks for the taxpayer?
But that's the beauty of debt. The taxpayer gets more than what he pays for.

We had a small chance to start moving in the correct direction, we elected Obama and decided taking the filters off of our cigarettes was the best way to avoid cancer, heck we have been smoking for years with no health issue, now pass the beer and don't bogart donuts, I am in perfect health and I'll be damned if I am going to start eating veggies and exercising just because of a little dark spot on an x-ray and some know nothing says it's not a cold, it's congestive Heart failure, I read the other day about this 100 year old guy, who smoked and never does exercise I think he lives in Norway.
