Ahh, I see what you lack...common sense.
Since the House budget is passed with no bipartisan support, it is simply grandstanding.
It still changes nothing in the senate. If the senate passes it's own partisan bill, we are left exactly where I said we were.
Unless both sides agree to something, it has no chance of happening and so the entire budget battle game is nothing but grandstanding.
Sorry, thought you understood politics.
