On E-mails: Address once, check E-mail addressees three or four times before hitting the send button. If it were a snail-mail document the USPS or Federal Express Office where the document was sent from can retrieve the document BEFORE it has been delivered.

EVIL Machines/Devices: Copy machines, Fax Machines, E-mail.

At many, many sensitive National Security installations, there are no Fax machines or copy machines. It is actually illegal to copy classified documents -- for very good and sufficient reasons.
