It's not deductible. The only taxes deductible as property tax are those which are recurring and are calculated as a percentage of the property's value. While levies by improvement districts often meet these criteria, they're usually not deductible either.

Thanks. I have gotten myself comfortable that the sewer charge is fee for service specific to my property, and therefore not deductible. It just happens to be bundled into my tax bill, but it's not a tax.
