Subject:  Deductions for cell phone use Date:  4/10/2013  11:07 PM

My husband is required to have a cell phone to perform his job. His employer does not provide the phone or pay any portion of the monthly expenses related to the phone. However, this phone is also used extensively for personal reasons. Can we deduct any portion of our expenses for his phone, and if so, how do we determine what amount is fair? Thank you!
