You were lucky. I had tried logging out and back in several times. Even after M* fixed the problem I still had to clear the cache and all cookies before I could get my portfolio instead of the other guy's. This was M*'s suggestion and they helpfully provided instructions how to do it for all browsers. Thought they handled this very professionally.
