I don't have access to the value line database.
How would I use the pih-mcp-e2 to generate stock lists? Or a screen I create myself?
Only three ways I can think of.
Get access to the Value Line database (a subscription or trudge down to your library), or
convince the board to adopt your chosen screen as one of the "standard" one so the picks are posted each week, or
get a friend with a VL subscription to do it for you.
In this one specific case there is a fourth way to do it almost exactly.
Find the top 10 picks of PIH_MCP that are posted and take the 5 with the lowest P/E ratios.
The only difference is the top 40% versus top 50% of institutional holdings, which is minor.
This works because PIH_MCP_e2 is (almost) nothing but the addition of another final sort step.
