It's just not Obama's week.
Benghazigate hearings, Department of Justice illegally snooping on reporters, IRS targeting his political opponents and now...
A federal court just ruled Obama's non-recess recess appointments to be unconstitutional.
For this ruling to be effective, there should be consequences. All NLRB decisions made while unconstitutional appointments were in effect should be ruled invalid. In addition, impeachment proceedings should be started against the President for so blatantly and knowingly violating our Constitution.
I'm not optimistic the former will happen since the Courts routinely fail to do their job in upholding the Constitution. I don't expect the latter to happen since Obama has made a habit of p!$$ing on the Constitution without any consequences.
Most corrupt and incompetent President ever.
It's a freaking circus. What will it take to impeach the big Zero?
