It used to be that if a human unwittingly appeared in appraial photos, the appraiser's inspection report could not be used--for the reasons outlined in the video.

Then the Patriot Act came to bear on lending, and a photocopy of the proposed buyers is required to be included in the loan submission.

No one seems to notice the obvious incongruency of legislation. Whatever.
