Not even close. Try 8% and up and up.... Only a few specialized areas are below 5%.
I don't think you read what I wrote very closely.
In any case, the link below from the BLS shows that in June 2013, the unemployment rate for those with a Bachelors degree or higher was 3.9%.
So, I'll ask again, what percentage do you define as "so many"?
