This statement shows the hypocrisy of the conservative philosophy. The “Right” is anti-abortion. Yet after these babies are born and become adults, who may fall on hard times through no fault of their own, they would rather let them die than give aid or help.
So you think everyone should have a consistent philosophy between the two situations? That is, either:
1. Give aid or help to both
2. Not only give no aid or help to either, but allow someone to actively remove the inconvenience.
There's a big difference between actively destroying a life and passively allowing a life to die.
We do the latter all the time. Just think of how many people around the world that are deprived of the resources necessary for life. We're 5% of the world's population, but consume 25-30% of the resources.
