a. Pay off/down home loans at 4.75%

Making a few assumptions. All other debt paid for (including credit cards). Have a 6 month emergency stash of cash (home line of credit doesn't count). Fully funding IRA/401k to match.

When you owe nothing and are totally debt free, the choices you can make in life become exponentially larger.
