One of you folks who know the insurance biz, how about an explanation as to what is going on with Tower Group. I don't do FA, I'm a trader/investor who uses T/A. I've traded this one before as a one or two day "bounce" play. But the chart shows absolute capitulation during the last 6 to 7 weeks. It's FUGLY. And could you write your critique in plain English?
