Full disclosure: I'm NOT "fashionable." My wife is NOT "fashionable." And we don't care.
If we ever end up wearing anything that is "in fashion," its because we bought it 10 years ago after it last went "out of fashion" and just kept wearing it until it became fashionable again. Whatever. We buy what we want, based on price and comfort, and don't give a damn what the (mostly broke) fashion ninnies think.
Our broke friends, many of whom are in debt up to their eyeballs despite good salaries, shop at Nordstrom and Saks.
We cover our multi-millionaire butts at Fallas Paredes (If you've never been to one of those, check it out- they make Walmart look pricey by comparison), Marshalls, and the like.
We don't "get it" when it comes to fashion and peer pressure.
And I hope we never do...
