Did you have to share it back and forth with people using Word ... and were there any formatting concerns? (If the book was just basic text/styling, then it's not an issue ... but if it had a bunch of tables or relatively complex formatting, it might have been)
I don't think there is any word processor that can share a document back and forth with Word with no visible changes. And for some users, any deviation at all is a deal breaker.
