So I fired up the wood stove and was thinking of what to make for dinner. Stew was the answer.
From memory, our stew includes:
Fresh rosemary, sage, and thyme
I like to make the proportions so that I get a small bit of meat and vegetable in every bite. This means cutting the meat much smaller than you see in most recipes. This also aids me in digestive problems.
I can't remember anything else but was wondering what sort of ingredients the foodies here liked.
I'm late, but this sounds like a great stew! I often add some fire roasted tomatoes, and I've used wine vs beer, or no alcohol at all, beef broth.
Mine often goes in the crock pot.
