Ben Carson suggested that Progressives could turn America into Nazi Germany: http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/ben-carson-nazi-refere... So earlier today, someone used Joseph Mengele in an example, speaking of Ben Carson. And the right went nuts, suggesting that: 1. Someone called Ben Carson a Nazi (they didn't) 2. It's just bad taste to even hint that Ben might be, could be, possibly might be a Nazi.. .... even though Ben himself has made liberal use of the "Nazi" metaphor to actually describe liberals. An odd world we live in, no? |
