A childhood friend of mine participates in the annual NAMI* (National Alliance on Mental Illness) fundraising walk.

He lost his beautiful and talented wife, and his daughters their mother, to depression 2 years ago.

If you want more information- visit the NAMI website.
If you would care to sponsor my friend, email or FB message me for the details.

If you don't want to - then carry on. Choose your own charities.
