A fellow Fool lent me the book. It's a fast read.

"e) Concentrate your portfolio and limit its size to your best 8 to 10 ideas. Why would you want to dilute the performance of your best ideas by placing money in your 20th best idea?"

IMO, this is perhaps the most important part of the Dhandho discipline. Of the handful of books I have read so far as a "new" investor (new to picking individual stocks) this is by far the best one I have read. I need to buy this book and commit it to memory, it's that good.
