A friend was informed to be very concerned with foreign shares at this time.

Informed by whom? My one thought was you may be a little *low* on foreign - as I only see 10%, depending on how much of the Contrafund may or may not be international.

There are always reasons to be worried about foreign funds. There are always reasons to be worried about domestic funds. There are always reasons to be worried about small funds or large funds. That's why you pick an allocation that makes sense for you and stick with it.

Anyone who tells you that they know what will be is either kidding themselves or selling you something.

It was his financial adviser. Thank you for your information.
