A friend writes:The bond board has been strained as of late. Some of the discussions are down right scary, in that the "opposition" (or holders of the polar opposite view point) are so singularly SURE of their method for everyone.

I think you missed the point of the original poster. I LOVE to learn about your position, but I also LOVE to hear from Loki and Wendy. It IS possible in most situations to disagree with the position and still respect those with whom you disagree.

You yourself point out that actually doing something beats just learning about it. By the same token, listening to differing positions helps me learn from both.

Perhaps it does matter how much wealth is accumulated, but then I've had the super-rich try to bilk me, and the humble help me a lot. I'd vote for just plain good discussion and friendly but firm arguments or disagreement to happen here.
