I'm back after a couple year with a slightly changed name...due to some issue they couldn't fix with my old account. Anywho...I'm still at the organizing and going lean thing, so it's clearly a journey!

Also, lately it seems that during my grad school classes, I decide I should organize a closet instead of doing homework! :) So while I have a week off between holidays with family and school, I'm trying to get things done. I have most of the house undecorated (just the tree, village and wreath to go...and two solar santa's outside - but they won't come out of the frozen ground). Granted, the decorations are covering the bed in the spare room, so that needs taking care of too. I finished putting away the Christmas gifts I received, "leaned" and organized that pesky utensil drawer in the kitchen, and cleaned out my bedroom closet from items that don't belong there and clothes that I'm trying on as I hit each weight goal. I decided they don't need to be in there until they fit and the bigger ones leave. Finally, I went through a portion of the magazines that stacked up during the last semester. It's a start! I love this board because I relate to all the posts I'm reading. Thanks for the inspiration!

Happy New Year!

Handling the gifts, straightening the utensils, reducing what's in the closet, and getting through some magazines!

WOW, Sparkle, your work gleams.

took a all-excursion and so is happy enough with
dinner and dessert bowls rinsed, today's mail sorted and mostly recycled or trashed (both electronic and physical)
