A New Twinkle for UTStarcom?

At long last, it would seem that UTStarcom shareholders (Nasdaq: UTSI) have some good news to hang their hats on.

The telecommunications company announced Monday two separate orders from China Telecom (NYSE: CHA) that will total more than $185 million. One deal represents a $100 million agreement to provide PAS (personal access system) infrastructure equipment to China Telecom, while the other is an $85 million PAS handset agreement with the same customer...
