Okay, I'm new here - I've read a lot of the foolishness and know I shouldn't have my 401K in mutuals ... BUT ITS THE ONLY THING THEY ALLOW US TO INVEST IN !!!!

We are in with Fidelity - including the flagship Magellen. Yes, I can complain, I can whine but it probably won't get me too far in a company of over 500 people (at this one site) where only 40% are even taking advantage of the 401K.

We have about 15 funds within that family that we can shift our money around to. Right now I have approximately $150K in the plan(s) - I'm averaging about 20% on my money so I can't complain (too loudly), I'm just wondering if there is anything else that I can do or that I should be doing.

Thanks in advance for the feedback.
