We loaded a article count variable onto the homepage and in the left nav (for now.) This just reports on the number of articles in the Flossary. It excludes a few things though:
* redirect articles (acronyms and others)
* articles that don't link to anything else
* help and other non "term" pages.

If you include all those, we currently have over 850 pages(!!) but the software reports around 660. There is value in redirect pages since they ultimately help users find what they're looking for. Our software just doesn't count them.

Any chance we can get an a page that just lists these. Might be helpful for those in the cleanup mood.

Yup! Here it is:
http://wiki.fool.com/wiki/Special:Deadendpages

It's my favorite reporting page when I'm feeling cleany and want to add in the related terms.

Others that I like are:
http://wiki.fool.com/wiki/Special:Longpages
which shows the longest pages out there. I like it if I want to look for new or existing terms to link. For now, it's also a decent proxy for best-of-the-best on the Flossary.

http://wiki.fool.com/wiki/Special:Uncategorizedcategories
This shows pages that need categories. This'll help us to organize everything...not that the A-Z page isn't organized. :)
