A SEP plan is for self employed, unless you can talk your company into setting one up. You CAN put $2000 a year into a traditional IRA since your company doesn't cover you under a retirement plan. It won't be deductible, but within it you can buy and sell without worrying about capital gains. The gains won't be taxed until you take them out. Best wishes, Chris
