A simple IRA is a retirement plan for small companies.

American Funds has a variety of mutual funds available. Which funds you select determines whether or not your investments are aggressive.

Your employer should be supplying with information on which funds from American Funds will be available in the new plan. Often in an administrator change, they try to "match" the source and destination fund based on style and risk.
