I am struck by the idea that investing in companies that serve on-line companies is smarter than investing in online companies that deal with general public.
Question 1: Is this stupid?
I know who a few of those are, e.g., CSCO, ORCL, PMCS, and like that.
Qestion 2: Is there a Fool site that weighs in on such companies? Or is there already a portfolio that leans that way and I have managed to miss it?

I would be very grateful for help on this front.
Thanks in advance,
