About being distracted at work... I don't need to be distracted. I use trading triggers and have my transactions already planned. I am notified when the trades are triggered. When I get home or to the hotel I check my account.

I do have an issue with the S&P 500. When they add a technical stock or a popular stock the price is inflated for the Index to add the stock. Perhaps the index should factor in a stock over a certain amount of time. Like average dollar investing... This would keep the index at a more even keel without being swamped by a popular stock.
