What a short fishing and boating season this has been. I went fishing twice, once on July 9th, my birthday - really hot, and the weekend before last with some friends - starting to get chilly. The weather really hasn't cooperated much this year, at least for me. I've been working on bringing a 1959 Johnson 10 HP QD-20 Sea-Horse outboard motor back to life. It's amazing how resilient 50+ year old Johnson/Evinrude motors are.

What y'all been doing/planning to do? I suspect I'll probably get about 1 or 2 more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors this year, with the help of a couple of propane heaters and a chainsaw I rebuilt to cut up downed trees into firewood to keep warm.
