I have some shares of ACOM. I'm very new to investing, and I've been reading about the possible buyout.

Could someone explain to me what is meant by " has been on the brink of going private..." and how that affects stockholders?

Would I want to hold onto my stock, or sell it before the company is purchased?

Thanks for any insight you can give me!
