Good morning,Consonus, Inc., a provider of e-business consulting, application development, and managed hosting services, today announced that it was acquired on June 1, 2000 by Questar Corp. through its subsidiary engaged in information technologies and services. Concurrent with the acquisition of Consonus, Questar created a new company, retaining the name Consonus, Inc., that merges Consonus' e-business application services with other Questar operations and services including enterprise network engineering, network operations and data center facilities. Questar also announced a strategic initiative by the new company to expand its e-Business Data Centers (EDCs) nationwide.
