Any advice on this? I have a number of small spots on my back (and one slightly larger one). The doc says they are benign, but from some of the reading I've done online, it appears they may be pre-cancerous in some small percentage of the population. He indicates if they bother me, that he can freeze them off.

I'm probably classic for the type of person who gets them - older, fair skinned, blond, prone to freckle, sunburns in my youth. I guess I'm concerned mostly because these have appeared over the last 6 to 12 months. They are all in places that don't get direct sun - I'm usually covered up in the sun and do use sunscreen when I'm not.

What do you think?
