Activations backlog? What needs to get done to activate after a signup, what is it Shift actually does and what costs is there to providing it, any idea. Are they supplying hardware or are they basically installing software similar to Skype?


Suspect it is easier for them (via their website) to answer your questions than it is for me. John mentioned getting the evaluation done but I can't remember the status of that. I'm going to ask my son-in-law in Ottawa to check them out, but most of his offices and his warehouse is in Dartmouth.

There is definitely hardware involved and obviously software as well.
