Actually guys, I have found that if I give my work phone number for EVERYTHING then the number of telemarketers drops way down.

This idea has crossed my mind before. It *is* a good idea. However, I've opted not to go that route only because for me it would almost be worse to get the calls at work since the phone sits right on my desk and I'm pretty much required to answer. I'm starting to wonder if I should just give them a bogus number ;)
