After looking at the chart, I started playing with the timeframes. The 10 year time frame appears to show more Nasdaq downside, however, the 5, 4, and 3 year timeframes show the averages converging. Timeframes closer than 3 years are distorted due to the beginning of the separation between the Nas and the Dow. I think the point Wooly was making was pretty evident.

Now the questions are: is there some more downside?( ala 10 year chart), or are we at the bottom? ( ala 3-5 year charts). If the 3-5 year charts are better representations of where the nasdaq needs to be, will we overcorrect, or will the two indexs begin mirror each other again?

Any thoughts
