After my father's death, I helped my mom set up a revocable living trust. It was thru an attorney, cost $800 plus $50 for each deed that had to be changed to the name of the trust.

Advice: There is a book available in the library called Understanding estate taxes and Living trusts by a husband and wife - the name is something like Schaumacher. GET IT AND READ IT! It is an excellent book with a workbook in the back. We filled in every piece of info, and then went to the attorney.
