I'm helping an older person who just turned 70 with their finances. She has IRA's that she hasn't been withdrawing from, and instead has been living entirely off her social security benefits. Can anyone refer me to info on how to estimate the minimum required withdrawl required each year from an IRA once you reach 70 1/2?Will this additional income reduce a person's social security benefit amount? Thanks.
