I'm looking to re-engineer (re-allocate/re-balance) my 401k investments and am looking for advice on a highly aggressive asset allocation. I was thinking:

40% Large cap eq index
20% Company Stock (Raytheon)
15% Real Estate
25% Some combination of Mid cap eq index, Small cap eq index, and/or International eq index

What are your thoughts on this allocation? Would this be considered highly aggressive?

What about that extra 25% un-allocated? Where might I want to invest that?

Thank you.
