All I can say is...OUCH!

A 50% premium?

So much for "Buy and Hold!"

I think this locks in a lot of losses...and I predict that this is not the end of it...either a bidding war will break out, or a million lawsuits.

There are many excellent lessons in this.

1. having your small company bought out by a bigger one will not necessarily make you rich

2. "premium" is a relative term

3. "and while we don't advocate trying to time the market"...well, I have become an advocate of attempting to kind of time the market...never buy an IPO until it's at least two years old.

I'm glad I only lost CAPS points. I feel sorry for a whole bunch of you out there...gotta be way more losers than winners on this.
