All kidding aside, I've been to Uruguay several times on Business trips. The climate is great, and the people are very warm.DQ Believe me, I never kid about spiders :O)But something has always eluded me about people living abroad. Don't you still have to pay taxes to the US government? And don't you have to "go away" for a while?I looked into Canada and they will give you a Visa to stay for a short while -- then they want you to leave for about 6 months. This doesn't make it very easy to do anything actually resembling living there. How does one get around these rules if they would really like to live someone else all the time?AM
