Next Saturday, I get my grandson to myself while his parents go out to dinner(they take nothing for granted - I suggested it). One thing that makes it easier on them is the 5 or so restaurants literally across the street.

They come in on Weds late afternoon but I'm leaving Weds morning for a work thing(and dinner that night with MM) but I will be back on Fri night. Out again on Sun but SG&F will be here maybe that night before they head to Chicago for Thanksgiving and wedding planning with her family.Then SS&fam will eventually head to MO for Thanksgiving with SIL fam. (are you keeping up ?)

Big hope is when MM get finished testing and probation as a firefighter, we can all rendezvous in Steamboat for some fun by Feb.

Looking forward to a visit from the grandcat - there's a mouse waiting for him somewhere
