All of those comments from posters who acknowledge that making a selection on lender is entirely driven by getting the lowest possible interest rate. A while back I posted for feedback on a scenario where one of my borrowers jumped to another lender about a week prior to closing on his refinance because rates had improved and I had his loan locked and couldn't drop an eighth of a point to meet the new market rate. Every single poster complaining about service basically said in that other thread, "yep, that's a fair move to make as a borrower."
What a hoot, everyone complaining are the same ones who say their only criteria for choosing a lender is price.

Hmmm. Can't say I remember taking that stance. It is customary to back up your poo flings with links to the pertinent posts.
