Also, note that the accelerated vesting only applies to Employer Matching contributions. This won't affect vesting schedules for discretionary profit sharing contributions.

One other point: you state that you won't be vested until 9 years. Vesting service is measured on your employment period, not your time in the Plan. So your pre-entry service should be included. Only exception would be if this is a brand new plan and for some reason service prior to the effective date of the Plan was excluded. So, assuming that you are a full-time employee, you should be vested after 7 years under your existing schedule. The modification to your vesting schedule under Section 303 of the HR 10 bill would need to accelerate everything by one year under the new provision (so you would be 100% vested after 6 years of service).
