Although I haven't used this specific product, I have used a clay bar on my 3000GT. I use the show car products from www.zainobros.com. I can tell you that you must use plenty of lubrication. Zaino recommends car wash mixed with water. You just poor it on and then use the clay bar. When you are finished, the finish is as smooth as glass. I was amazed the first time I tried it. I don't use it every time I wash the car, but 3 or 4 times a year.

If in doubt, try it on an inconspicuous place on your car, but I have never had any problems with it. Good luck.
