Reiterating that a cyclical is best bought at the bottoming of a cycle. Never quite know when that may happen.

Dividend looks safe as they have sufficient cash after debt to pay it but not in perpetuity. Again, if the cycle for pigment does not correct, then this is a bad investment as a dividend stock since free cash flow will eventually have to cover it. The expectation is that it will recover. Maybe that's equivalent to betting on the horses. It seems a shade more reasoned than picking lucky number 8 or the big bay cuz you like the jockey's colors:)
