I am co-opting this inactive board as an experiment.

Hocus has indicated that the Retire Early Home Page board has too many off-topic posts.

I am curious whether by moving to a relatively new board, posters who wish to remain on-topic can do so. Alternatively, I am curious how long it might take for problems that exist on one board to migrate to a different board.

This message may be ignored, and no one may come to post here. But I think it's worth at least a token effort, to see if anything can come from moving a board. Just as American immigrants forged a new world after fleeing their homelands, perhaps too those interested in retiring early can forge a new board to allow them the forum they desire.

Best of luck.
